• Fast Shipping: We aim to deliver your orders within 12-14 business days (excluding weekends).
• Track Your Order: Stay updated! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to follow its progress.
• Custom & Made-to-Order Products: Special items like Custom Products or Gold Jewelry take extra time. Please allow 5-7 additional days for crafting and shipping.
• Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery three times. If refused or unavailable, the parcel will return to us, and COD orders won’t be resent. They will only be resent after paying the full amount for the same parcel.

Cancellation Policy

• Changed your mind? Contact us within 12 hours to cancel your order.
• Order Processed: Once the order is processed, cancellation won’t be possible.
• Order Shipped: If the order has already been shipped, our Return Policy applies.
• Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the advance payment is done.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Please confirm your ring size carefully before placing your order. For assistance, kindly contact our Solitaire Professional Team. Note that incorrect sizes are non-returnable, and any size adjustments will incur additional charges.
• The item must be:
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Unworn or unused.
  • Include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products

• Custom Orders
• Made-on-Order Products (e.g., Tennis Bracelets, Necklaces, Tennis Chains, and other high-value silver jewelry)

Steps for Return/Exchange

   • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Shipping Costs:
   • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
   • Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
4. Quality Check:
   • Once we receive your item, our team will perform a quality check.
   • Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item passes the quality check.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made only via bank transfer.

Exchange Process

• Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 10 days of the quality check.
