• Metal purity and gemstone grades are as stated on each individual product listing
• Solitaire Waves reserves the right to discontinue any product without notice

03Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
• COD orders above ₹5,000 may require advance verification before dispatch
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees
• All transactions are secured via Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway

04Order Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent after successful order placement. This does not guarantee shipment — orders are subject to quality checks and stock availability. In rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly with a full refund or an alternative product offer.
