Important Rules

Delivery Guidelines

  • The courier will attempt delivery three times. If undeliverable, the parcel is returned to us
  • COD orders that are returned will not be resent until the full order amount is paid in advance
  • Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering
  • A valid signature may be required at delivery for high-value orders
  • Solitaire Waves is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events
  • All orders are packed in tamper-proof packaging with quality-check seals
