Return & Refund Policy - Solitaire Waves

At Solitaire Waves, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to assist you. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please make the request within 2 days from the date of delivery. The item must meet the following conditions:

  • In original condition.

  • Unworn and unused.

  • With all tags intact and in the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Ring Sizes

Please double-check your ring size before placing an order. Orders with incorrect ring sizes are non-returnable, and any size adjustments will incur additional charges.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Made-to-order jewelry, such as tennis bracelets, necklaces, tennis chains, and other high-value silver jewelry.

  • Gold jewelry.

  • Sale items or discounted purchases.

  • Products returned without prior approval.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Detailed images/videos of the damaged or defective item.

  • A description of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer the following options:

  • Replacement (subject to availability) within 15 working days.

  • Credit voucher for the value of the item, valid for 30 days (if a replacement is unavailable).


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and issue details.

  2. Approval & Instructions
    If your request is approved, we will send you return shipping instructions.
    Shipping costs for returning the product are to be borne by the customer.

  3. Quality Inspection
    Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality inspection.

  4. Resolution
    If the returned item passes the quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
    Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after quality approval.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. A 3% cancellation fee will apply to all prepaid order cancellations.
