How to Return an Item
Step 1 — Contact Us First
Before returning anything, reach out at contact@solitairewaves.com or WhatsApp +91 90003 31057. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
Once your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on packing and where to send your parcel safely.
Step 3 — Ship the Item
Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories and certificates. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Use a trackable courier for safety.
Step 4 — Quality Inspection
Our team performs a thorough quality check upon receiving your return. Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the item clears this inspection.
Step 5 — Refund or Exchange
Approved refunds are credited within 3 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are made via bank transfer only. Approved exchanges are dispatched within 10 business days of passing quality check.

— The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
— All original tags, packaging, certificates, invoice, and accessories are included.
— The return request is raised within 3 days from the delivery date.
— The returned item successfully passes Solitaire Waves’ quality inspection.
— Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and approved by our quality team.

— Custom or personalised jewellery crafted according to the customer’s exact specifications.
— Gold jewellery ordered in a specific size or with personalisation.
— Items showing signs of wear, tampering, resizing, alteration, or physical damage.
— Items returned without prior written approval from Solitaire Waves.
— Items returned beyond the 3-day return or exchange eligibility period.
— Items returned without original packaging, tags, invoice, certificates, or included accessories.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible items for a different size, style, or equivalent product. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Approved exchanges are dispatched within 10 business days of passing quality inspection.
