Return & Refund Policy

We at Solitaire Waves strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policies are designed to provide you with the best possible service in case of any issues with your order. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item due to manufacturing defects or transit damage, we offer replacements subject to the following conditions:

  • Please report any major manufacturing defects or transit damages within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Contact our support team at solitairewaves@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 9000331057 with detailed pictures and videos highlighting the defects.
  • Items should be returned unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • We will provide a replacement for the same item within 15 working days or issue a credit voucher of the same value, valid for 30 days if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Custom or personalized goods cannot be returned.
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of ordering, with a 3% cancellation fee applicable.

Return Process for Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us through email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
  • If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you the detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • The customer should bear the shipping cost to return to our address. Please remember that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior approval.
  • Once we receive the packet, a quality check will be done by our team. After passing the quality check only your amount will be refunded.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Exceptions and Customized Products:

  • No refunds or exchanges are available for products without irregularities.
  • Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized products are eligible for refund only if there’s a manufacturing defect or wrong customization.

Please Note:

Any product not meeting the return criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Custom orders and gold jewelry made on order are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
