Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed and prepared with the same attention we give to creating the piece itself. Your jewellery arrives in our signature packaging, accompanied by its certification wherever applicable, so it reaches you exactly as intended.
We deliver across India using courier partners including Ekart, Delhivery and DTDC. Standard orders are generally delivered within 12–14 business days, excluding weekends. Custom products and gold jewellery may require an additional 5–7 days for crafting and shipping.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp to follow its journey. If you choose Cash on Delivery, we will contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Refused or unavailable COD parcels are not resent until the same parcel is fully prepaid.
Your Solitaire Waves piece is crafted to be treasured for years, and like all fine jewellery made in 925 sterling silver, it deserves a little care to keep it at its best.
Sterling silver may naturally develop a soft patina over time, especially when exposed to water, sweat, perfumes, lotions or other chemicals. This is completely normal and can be easily restored with regular polishing or professional cleaning.
To preserve its beauty, store your jewellery separately in the pouch provided and wipe it gently with a soft polishing cloth after use.
With just a little care, your moissanite will continue to sparkle brilliantly, while your silver can always be brought back to its original shine.
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
If your piece isn’t quite right, eligible return or exchange requests can be initiated within 3 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unworn, unused and returned with all original packaging, certificates and accessories. Custom orders, made-to-order products and gold jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Start with something you already own and like the fit of. For rings, measure the inside diameter; for earrings, compare the listed millimetre size with a pair you already wear; for chains and bracelets, measure the full length end to end. For rings, use “Find my size” beside the size selector to open the visual guide and calculator. For earrings, chains and bracelets, use the general size guide.
Do I receive any certification?
When certification is listed for the product, the corresponding certificate is supplied with your order. Keep it with your jewellery and purchase record.
Will moissanite lose its sparkle?
Moissanite is highly durable and retains its brilliance for years. Everyday oils, lotions and residue can mute the visible sparkle, so clean it with mild soap, warm water and a soft brush, then dry with a soft lint-free cloth.
