Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Please confirm your ring size carefully before placing your order. For assistance, kindly contact our Solitaire Professional Team. Note that incorrect sizes are non-returnable, and any size adjustments will incur additional charges.
• The item must be:
  
  In the same condition as received.
  Unworn or unused.
  Include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps for Return/Exchange

   Once we receive your item, our team will perform a quality check.
   Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item passes the quality check.
   
   

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made only via bank transfer.

Exchange Process

• Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 10 days of the quality check.
